What do I need to provide to start a project?
A 3D model or technical drawings, plus a brief covering the key priorities: mood, materials, and intended use of the visuals. If the model is incomplete, we work with what exists and clarify the gaps before production starts. There is no standard intake form to fill out. We open with a conversation.
What file formats do you accept?
Files from Rhino, Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. No special export settings are required on your end. We handle preparation and import.
How long does a project take?
A single still typically takes 5 to 7 working days. A full package with multiple views runs 2 to 3 weeks depending on scope. Animation projects are quoted individually based on length and complexity, and timelines are agreed upfront.
Do you work with competition deadlines?
Yes. A significant portion of our projects are competition submissions. We prioritize atmosphere and conceptual clarity over surface polish, which is what jury panels respond to. Share the deadline at the start and we structure the timeline around it.
Can I get an estimate before committing?
Yes. Send a brief description of the project, the number of views you need, and the deadline. We respond with a clear proposal within 48 hours.
Do you work with both architects and developers?
Yes. Architectural firms use our visuals for competition entries, client pitches, and design reviews. Real estate developers use still renders and animation to support off-plan sales and investor presentations. The brief and the deliverables differ, but the standard of work does not.
Can you handle large-scale or complex projects?
Large-scale projects are where we do our best work. Residential towers, mixed-use developments, and competition masterplans with multiple building types are the projects we are set up for. The more complex the geometry and the higher the stakes, the more the collaboration is worth it.
